AXLA, which stands for AHM Motor Sports X Litar Lumba Rakyat Kuala Selangor Academy, was founded in 2012 through a collaboration between AHM Motor Sports and LLRKS. Our mission is to nurture and develop talented young riders, providing them with the skills and opportunities to compete on the motorsports stage. By participating in prestigious events such as the Malaysian CubPrix, we focus on categories like One Make Race, WIRA, CP125, and CP150, paving the way for future champions in the world of motorcycle racing.
Our Story
AHM Motor Sports, a pioneer in the Malaysian motorsports scene since 1989, was founded by Kenny Chua, whose passion for the industry began in the world of illegal street racing. Over 35 years, AHM Motor Sports continues to grow as a dominant force, shaping the local and international motorsports landscape. With a legacy of developing over 70 talented riders, competing in nearly 500 races, securing more than 200 podium finishes, earning over 110 pole positions, and claiming upwards of 70 victories—and counting—AHM Motor Sports remains committed to pushing boundaries and setting new milestones. As the journey continues, its impact on the industry will endure for generations to come.
From local events like the Malaysian CubPrix to prestigious international competitions such as the Asia Road Racing Championship, Australia Superbike Race, Audi Pan Delta Race, and Indospeed Festival, AHM Motor Sports has made its mark. The team’s partnership with major sponsors like PETRONAS propelled them to the global stage, contributing to the Malaysian Rider Development Program and competing in elite competitions including the FIM CEV Moto3 Junior World Championship, MotoGP 3, MotoGP 2, and FIM CEV Moto2 European Championship.

AXLA's 2024 Debut in Malaysian CubPrix
New Team, New Challenges, and the WIRA Category
In 2024, AXLA made its debut appearance in the Malaysian CubPrix, competing in the WIRA category with the team name of WINBOX KM+ AXLA. With a newly formed team and three modified Yamaha Lagenda 115 Fi motorcycles, AXLA entered the race scene with a fresh setup, determined to showcase the talent of its young riders and make a strong impact in the championship. This milestone marks a new chapter in AXLA’s journey, as the team continues its mission to develop future motorsports champions.

Iman Fahmi #21 Secures Podium Finish for Winbox KM+ AXLA Team in Malaysian CubPrix Round
In an exciting display of skill and perseverance, Winbox KM+ AXLA team rider Iman Fahmi #21 claimed a remarkable third-place finish in Round 5 of the Malaysian CubPrix, competing in the fiercely contested WIRA Category. The race, held on 21st July 2024, witnessed a thrilling battle for the podium, with Iman delivering a performance that showcased his growing potential as one of the rising stars in Malaysian motorcycle racing.
Iman's podium finish is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire Winbox KM+ AXLA team, supported by KM+ Lubricants, which has consistently backed the development of young riders. This impressive result adds to the team's growing list of achievements in the 2024 CubPrix season, underscoring their commitment to excellence in motorsports.
